Executive Committee of Trustees
"The policy and general management of the affairs of the Association shall be directed by an Executive Committee of Trustees (hereinafter called the Committee) which shall meet not less than four times a year and when complete shall consist of not less than 6 or more than 10 members.
At an AGM there shall be an election from among the full membership of a President, an Honorary Secretary, an Honorary Treasurer and Membership Secretary, and such other Honorary Officers as the Association shall from time to time decide. Election to the Committee shall be for three years. No one person may hold more than one office simultaneously, or any office for more than three consecutive years, save with the specific consent of the Association at an AGM or EGM. The members of the Committee shall constitute the Trustees of the Association.
The Headmaster and the Head Boy shall be ex-officio members of the Committee, but without voting rights.
The Committee shall have the power to co-opt additional members from among the full membership to fill such casual vacancies as may from time to time arise."
